As a children's ministry team, it is our goal to:

- provide quality, age appropriate, Godly programs for our children.

- facilitate a fun, God-centered, family-focused community within the church.

- provide parents with the tools to teach their children about Christ at home.

SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US!

We consider it a privilege to be entrusted with the physical and spiritual

well-being of your child while you connect with God each week, and we take that responsibility very seriously. Each of our volunteer teachers is background checked and completes a training course with specific information about teaching children of specific ages.

Regular attenders have registered and had their family’s picture taken for a permanent photo ID called a "Vineyard Kids Passport". Families must show their passport when picking up their child. Guests with us simply fill out a Guest Registration Form and receive a wristband that matches the one their child wears during class. This serves as identification when

picking up the child from class.

This is how it works...

Infants and preschoolers (up to 5 years old but not yet in Kindergarten) go to their classrooms before service. Kids who are in Kindergarten-5th grade worship in the auditorium with their parents first,then are dismissed to their classes before the message is given.

We strongly value the idea that kids learn how to worship the Lord from their parents’ example. All children enjoy a safe, fun class with curriculum and activities tailored to fit their age group and level of understanding.

Our teachers are Christian men and women who are dedicated to being the hands and feet of Jesus by sharing His love every week. During classes, the kids participate in lots of activities including prayer, worship, stories, art, and drama!

At Vineyard Kids, we are excited to share the love of Jesus with His smallest of children! We offer class for kids 6 months of age through the 5th grade during our 9am and 11am services.
