We’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re planning a visit, already part of our community, or just exploring, you’re welcome here. At the Vineyard, our values and beliefs shape everything we do. Keep reading to learn more.
The heart of our church centers around six values.
We believe in the necessity, sufficiency, clarity, authority, and infallibility of the Bible.
We believe that all humans have fallen short of God's glory and, therefore, rightfully deserve judgment.
We believe that Christ died a substitutionary death on our behalf, that all who believe in Him might be reconciled to the Father, and receive eternal life.
We believe in the literal resurrection of Jesus. After being executed on a cross, He was raised by the Spirit on the third day before eventually ascending to heaven.
We believe that the Holy Spirit applies the finished work of Christ to the believer, conferring the benefits of justification, adoption, and sanctification. The Spirit also empowers, convicts, guides, and assures believers in their walk with Christ.
We believe in the indispensability of the church and its ministry of the word, baptism, and communion in forming Christians.
We believe in the availability and operation of spiritual gifts such as prophecy and physical healing.
We believe in the return of Jesus Christ to judge the world and fully establish His Kingdom on this earth.
