Helping our neighbors
Throughout February, we will collect items to assemble care kits for people experiencing homelessness, helping provide essential health care, nourishment, and dignity to those in need.
- Toothpaste & toothbrushes
- Deodorant, wipes, sanitizer
- Lip balm, lotion, feminine pads
- Disposable razors, nail clippers
- Protein bars, trail mix, jerky
- Mints or gum
- New socks, rain ponchos
- Reusable water bottles, small tissue packs

GCVK Daytime Lock-In
School’s out for Presidents’ Day—let the fun begin! Parents, drop your kids off for an exciting day locked in at church with GCVK!
This action-packed event is for kids in grades 3–6 only and includes:
🎈 Inflatables
🎯 Games & crafts
🧩 Breakout rooms
🍽 Lunch
🧗 Obstacle courses
🕵️♂️ A scavenger hunt—and more!
Cost: $5 per child. Pre-registration is required; we will not be able to accept walk-ins on the day of the event.

Ash Wednesday Service
We are beginning the journey to Easter with worship and reflection on Wednesday, February 18, from 6:30–7:00 AM, as we mark the beginning of the Lenten season. Connect with other believers in the larger Church as we posture our hearts for the 40-day journey leading to our Savior’s resurrection.
Students will join Pastor Chase in leading 30 minutes of worship and devotional readings. The imposition of ashes will be offered for those who wish to participate.
